Felix Hosse

Felix Hosse is the CEO of Push To Leave, a consumer-tech initiative that helps shoppers avoid brands whose parent companies remain active in Russia. The free iOS and Android app uses barcode scanning to check thousands of brands and instantly informs consumers at the point of sale. Since 2023, Push To Leave has grown to more than 36,000 users and facilitated over 1.7 million product scans, driving measurable shifts in consumer behavior toward companies that uphold democratic values and corporate accountability.
After organizing multiple humanitarian deliveries to Ukraine in 2022, Felix moved to Kyiv in 2024 to build partnerships across civil society, media, and business. He works with NGOs, think tanks, and pro-freedom organizations around the world to translate ethical choices into market signals that encourage corporate exits from authoritarian markets. Felix speaks on consumer power, ethical markets, and the role of technology in strengthening open societies, and he has presented the project at many international conferences. He is currently expanding Push To Leave into a multi-issue platform that integrates additional human-rights concerns, aiming to make value-aligned purchasing easy, transparent, and effective for millions of consumers worldwide.
