Kathrin Anselm

Kathrin Anselm is a Managing Director at Airbnb, responsible for growing Airbnb's business in 25 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, from Germany to Turkmenistan.
 In 2022, she co-lead Airbnb.org's program in providing temporary housing through Airbnb hosts for more than 150,000 refugees from Ukraine.

Kathrin started her career in management consulting at OliverWyman and later helped build the dating platform One2like, which was acquired by the market leader Parship. Her other career milestones prior to joining Airbnb include ProSiebenSat.1, Rocket Internet (Wimdu), Otto Group (limango) and the UK delivery service Deliveroo. Between 2020 and 2023, she sat on the Advisory Board of Decathlon Germany.

Kathrin is a Handelsblatt 'Top 50 Women in Tech' and was elected a 'Top 100 Women in 2021' by Focus Magazin and a 'DACH Women 2022' by Forbes Magazine.
